Konz Musik Festival
Enjoying music at the highest level - that is the leitmotif of the Konz Musik Festival, located in the middle of the picturesque four-country corner of Germany, Luxembourg, France and Belgium.

The historic Monastery of St. Bruno at the confluence of the Saar and Moselle in Konz is the venue and at the same time home of the concert events and the musical academy.
It will be renovated this year! The academy is therefore relocated to another historic building in the center of the city, which is now the city library.

Emerging from the 25-year tradition of concerts at the Summer Academy in Konz, chamber music concerts with international artists are the focus of the festival under artistic director Niall Brown.
A special collaboration connects the festival with Haus Beda in Bitburg. As part of the festival academy, selected young musicians have the unique opportunity to work with world-class artists and benefit from the intensive and inspiring atmosphere.
The geographical proximity to neighboring countries enables our visitors to experience a genuine European culture and attracts artists from all over the world to the region. Supported by the city of Konz and the association 'Vogel als Prophet eV', the festival is firmly rooted in the region and has enjoyed great popularity since it was founded.
A special concern of the Konz Music Festival is the connection of art, culture and scenic features in the Saar, Moselle, Lorraine, to the Ardennes, as well as the connection of regional characteristics with the modern global music world.
